Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind.

As many of our products are handmade or produced in small batches, we encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Handmade Variations

Many of our products are handmade and cast in small batches. Slight variations in colour, marbling, texture, or small air bubbles may occur as part of the making process.

These variations are considered part of the character of the the piece and are not considered defects.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@artzeistudio.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Sale items

  • Workshop bookings
