If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier using your tracking number.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Artzei Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Failed Delivery
If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
