Products & Services

Artzei Studio offers handmade products, studio objects, and creative workshops.

Because many of our products are handmade or produced in small batches, slight variations may occur as part of the natural making process.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time without prior notice.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its supported payment providers.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This may include situations where:

  • products are unavailable

  • pricing errors occur

  • an order appears fraudulent

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Workshops

Workshop bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been received.

Workshop bookings are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability and notice provided.

Participants are expected to follow the guidance and safety instructions provided during the workshop.

Workshop Safety

Participants attend workshops voluntarily and agree to follow all safety instructions.

Artzei Studio will not be responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of tools or failure to follow guidance during workshops.

Intellectual Property

All designs, products, workshop materials, photographs, and content created by Artzei Studio are the intellectual property of Artzei Studio unless otherwise stated.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Artzei Studio shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our website, products, or workshop participation.

Right to Refuse Service

Artzei Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
